Reynolds student claims gymnastics national title
Reynolds Architectural engineering student Kiwan Watts recently won his first U.S. Junior title at the P&G National Gymnastics Championships in Pittsburgh on August 24. Watts trains at the Above the Bar facility across the street from the Parham Road Campus.
Kiwan, a graduate of L.C. Bird High School in Chesterfield County, won the men’s 17-18 all-around title with a two-day score of 166.20. He also earned individual medals in horizontal bar (gold), floor exercise (shared gold), pommel horse (silver) and still rings (silver).
